  • Ralph, I have watched a few of your videos and they are helpful. However, your own Yelp has only 4 live reviews and 3 hidden reviews…hence that is why Yelp stinks!

  • Yelp does publish bad reviews with the idea that an owner of a company needs to advertise with them to get rid of the bad reviews. They will publish several bad reviews and keep them prominently displayed for years and hide multiple good reviews and say that the good reviews are not verified. They never say a bad review is not verified. A company will suffer from this idea that a company is not very good since it has these horrible blatant reviews published. it doesn't matter that on average a company will have 98% good reviews everywhere else. I hate Yelp! It is bad for business on purpose. It is totally unfair to the business and to the consumer who is lied to.
